Back to school shopping can be daunting and very expensive, but fear not!
Aldi has brought back its £4.50 school uniform bundle from Thursday 22nd July 2021 in-store as part of their current Specialbuys event. The bundle includes 2 polo shirts for £1.75, 1 sweatshirt for £1 and either trousers or a skirt for £1.75.
You don’t have to buy the schoolwear as a set to save money. The primary school clothing, PE kits and school shoes available since this week, can be also bough individually at a bargain price!
I highly recommend you to be quick as these popular special buys often quickly sell out. Once it’s sold out, they are gone!

My Aldi school uniform shopping
Since my little girl is moving up to year 3 in September, she’ll need white school shirts instead of the polo shirts that she has been wearing during KS1. I’ve bought 3 packs of 2 white short sleeved girls shirts from Aldi. Each pack of 2 shirts is only £2.49, costing me only £7.47 for 6 shirts. That’s £1.25 per shirt!
I still have 2 grey pinafore dresses that will fit her once the new school year starts, so I’ve decided to buy a pack of 2 grey pinafore dresses one size up to last her about 1.5 years. The pack of 2 grey pinafore dresses only cost me £5.99 so about £3 each.
I’ve also bought 2 black sports shorts for PE for £1.29 each.
So for a total of £16.04 I’ve got 6 white shirts, 2 PE shorts and 2 Pinafore dresses. That’s what I call a bargain!
