We all know that nothing beats a real Chrismtas tree! They tend to look better and the smell of pine is just devine! However purchasing a real Christmas tree can be very expensive, especially if you don’t know where to get the best deal.

Thankfully the Swedish furniture retailer IKEA brought back their popular Christmas tree offer back for the 12th consecutive year. This will allow thrifty shoppers to bag a real Nordmann fir tree for just £19! This annual Christmas deal is available at selected IKEA stores from Saturday 18th November to 20th December 2023. During this time customers can purchase a real fir tree for £29 and receive a £10 IKEA gift voucher. Therefore essentially reducing the cost of the tree to only £19. Compared to the average price of a real Christmas tree sold on the high street, the IKEA fir tree is a bargain!

How does the IKEA Christmas tree offer work?

Grab yourself an affordable, high quality, real Christmas tree by heading to your local IKEA store and pick up the Abies Nordmanniana Christmas tree. This offer is only available in a small number of IKEA stores across Scotland and Wales. I was available in many stores in England the previous years, however IKEA

The festive tree will cost £29 at the till, but you’ll receive a £10 IKEA gift voucher. The IKEA voucher can be used in the New Year from 8th January 2024 until 17th February 2024 only.

To avoid disappointment, you’ll have to be quick as the offer is subject to availability.

Where do does the IKEA Christmas tree come from ?

IKEA stores located in England and Scotland will be stocking locally grown Nordmann fir trees from Scotland. Whereas IKEA Cardiff will be stocking Christmas trees grown in Wales. This is to ensure the trees are fresh. This is great, as this would also help many local Christmas tree farms.

What sizes do IKEA Christmas trees come in?

The trees come in a range of different sizes, with a maximum height if 170 cm. 170 cm is approximately 5.5 ft. There is a tree that suits and fits any home.

What are the £10 Ikea voucher restrictions?

The £10 voucher can be used to redeem against a range of IKEA homewares in-store between 8th January to 17th February 2024 only. This year there is a minimum spend of £60 to use the voucher.

Unfortunately the voucher can’t be used towards purchases from IKEA Shop Online, IKEA Restaurant, IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Gift Card and IKEA Bistro.
